Charity for All and Development for Africa (CADA) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to serving the most vulnerable by providing emergency aid, health promotion, and sustainable development initiatives.
We are impartial, neutral, and apolitical, governed by transparent bylaws and internal regulations.
CADA is legally recognized in the Democratic Republic of Congo, registered at the Ministry of Justice under No. F.92/30.367 with Ministerial Decree No. 105/MINIDER/ONG-ASBL/2018 of 12/11/2018. Our headquarters are located in Uvira, South Kivu Province (Avenue Mwenga No. 6, Quartier Rombe II). We are also a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States (EIN: 47-3565222).
At CADA, we believe in restoring dignity and building hope. Education and health are at the heart of our mission, because they are the keys to breaking the cycle of poverty and improving quality of life.
Current Projects
🎒 Education for Orphans and Vulnerable Children
We support orphans and children affected by conflict in South Kivu by helping them return to school. We provide:
School tuition and uniforms
Essential learning materials
Mentorship and psychosocial support
🧵 Sewing Training for Women
To empower widows and single mothers, CADA organizes vocational sewing training. This program helps women gain practical skills to generate income, support their families, and achieve independence.
🏥 Community Diabetology Clinic – Uvira
We are leading the establishment of the first specialized Community Diabetology Clinic in Uvira, with:
50-bed capacity for treatment and stabilization
Comprehensive diabetes prevention, diagnosis, and care
Training for local healthcare workers
Community education and awareness campaigns
This clinic will provide life-saving services to thousands who currently lack access to proper diabetes care.
